If there is evidence the cabin has been smoked in (Cigarette, Vaping or Marijuana) you will be charged a cleaning fee of $400.
We are an adult only resort, our cabins can only accommodate a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 0 children. Failure to adhere to our occupancy limits will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund. We are sorry, but no pets or visitors allowed.
Reservations are required. A Deposit of 50% secured by a Credit Card or money order is required, with the balance payable on arrival.
Bookings can be made with an etransfer, full booking must be paid for at the time of booking, and a $200 cash damage deposit is required at check in, and returned at check out after we inspect the cabin
Two nights. Long weekends; three nights (excluding Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day weekends). We will do one night on a last minute basis.
May long Weekend – Oct. 1: Check in 4pm – 9pm, Check out 11 am
Oct. 1 – May Long weekend: Check in 4pm – 7pm (8pm on Fridays), Check out – 11 am
We accept both MasterCard and Visa. Your verbal authorization to use your credit card for payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions. Verbal authorization of the use of your credit card also confirms your reservation and is your agreement to the conditions regarding reservations and cancellations.
We regret that we cannot take personal cheques.
Provided we receive your cancellation in writing 15 days prior to the arrival date indicated on your reservation, we will issue you a full refund of your deposit less a $40 charge in winter and $75 in summer. For cancelations done with less than 15 days notice, we will hold your deposit for a future booking less a $25 cancelation fee.
Changes may be made up to 15 days prior to your arrival for a $25 administration charge.
Registrants who cancel with less than 72 hours prior to arrival are responsible for the balance of the rental agreement.
Days lost through late arrival or early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
There is an inherent risk anytime a vacation is booked in advance. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions. However, if the Highways Department closes the Trans Canada Highway #1 East from Winnipeg to the Ontario border prior to 4 pm on the day of your arrival, we will offer you a credit equal to your deposit to be used within the same winter season. We strongly advise that you set out early enough to avoid a storm and regularly check winter driving conditions prior to your departure.

If you are wanting an early check in, before 4 pm, or a late check out after 11 am, it is $15/hr, subject to availability. Please contact us to set up.
We reserve the right to move you to an equal or greater value cabin without notice.
For guests wanting to booking multiple cabins with different couples, please keep in mind that the max occupancy of our cabins is 2 adults. (Inside and out) Socializing with people in other cabins must be done in our common areas (fire pit area, pool area or off site). Please call to discuss further.
All bubble bath, bath bombs and Epsom salts that are safe for our jacuzzi Tubs are sold in our office. Please do not bring any outside products and use them in our tub. If there is evidence of outside products used there will be an extra charge of $150 due to the extra cleaning the tub will require.
