Terms & Conditions
Occupancy: Each lodge is for two people only. We are sorry, but no pets or visitors are allowed.
Reservations: Reservations are required. A Deposit of 50% secured by a Credit Card or money order is required, with the balance payable on arrival. Reservations are not transferable.
Minimum Stay: Two nights. Long weekends; three nights.
Check-in/Check-Out Times: Check-in is between 4 and 9pm. Check-out prior to noon please.
Credit Card Policy and Agreement re Use of Same: We accept both MasterCard and Visa. Your verbal authorization to use your credit card for payment indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions. Verbal authorization of the use of your credit card also confirms your reservation and is your agreement to the conditions regarding reservations and cancellations.
Personal Cheques: We regret that we cannot take personal cheques.
Refund on Cancelled Reservation: Provided we receive your cancellation in writing 15 days prior to the arrival date indicated on your reservation, we will issue you a full refund of your deposit less a $25 administration charge.
Changes to Reservation: Changes may be made up to 15 days prior to your arrival for a $25 administration charge.
Late Arrivals/Early Departures: Days lost through late arrival or early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
Winter Storm Policy: There is an inherent risk anytime a vacation is booked in advance. We cannot be held responsible for cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions. However, if the Highways Department closes the Trans Canada Highway #1 East from Winnipeg to the Ontario border prior to 4 pm on the day of your arrival, we will offer you a credit equal to your deposit to be used within the same winter season. We strongly advise that you set out early enough to avoid a storm and regularly check winter driving conditions prior to your departure.
